Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
The Service, including its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality, is owned by Identiti and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Identiti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis beginning on the date of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
Refund Guarantee. First-time subscribers on any paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Agency) are eligible for a full refund within the applicable refund window from the date of initial payment: 7 days for monthly plans and 14 days for annual plans. To request a refund, contact us at support@identiti.studio with your account email and reason for cancellation.
No Refunds After the Refund Window. Once the applicable refund window has passed, all payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage users to evaluate the platform using the Free Plan before upgrading to a paid subscription.
Annual Plans. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After this period, annual fees are non-refundable; however, your access will remain active through the end of the paid term.
Cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain full access until that period concludes.
Exceptions. Refunds may be issued outside the standard window at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended service unavailability exceeding 24 consecutive hours.
Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.
